She hosts hey, girl, a podcast that presents stories of phenomenal women from a range of backgrounds and industries, and she teaches online workshops centred around writing and self-care. She is the author of several books and journals, including, most recently, After the Rain and the In Courage Journal. She lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband and three daughters.
