What happens if the goods are damaged when I open them up?

Should any damage be found after opening your parcel due to the damage being concealed (i.e. not obvious due to packaging) please notify Whitcoulls within 24 hours of delivery. For many years, Wendy Darvill and Kelsey Powell were actively involved in sexuality education in Australian primary and secondary schools and with community organisations. Their bestselling book was inspired by their work with real kids and real parents in real situations. In addition to her wide ranging nursing qualifications and a Bachelor of Education Studies, Kelsey has experience in international development work and was Manager of Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia's International Program. She has been particularly involved in training and education in the South Pacific. Her expertise in sex education is highly regarded and she has contributed to a number of publications and journals. Kelsey was previously Chief Executive Officer at Family Planning Queensland (now True Relationship and Reproductive Health) and Assistant Professor at Bond University Medical School. She continues her interest in sexual and reproductive health and currently works in the development of medical education programs at True Relationship and Reproductive Health.
